Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete in the app

If SKRAP is installed on your device, this is the fastest way to delete your account.

1. Open SKRAP and sign in.
2. Go to the Workspace tab and tap Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have SKRAP installed, email privacy@skrap.co from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your identity and confirm once deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile, including your username, bio, and profile photo
• Your scrapbook page and its content — photos, cutouts, stickers, text, frames, and link buttons
• Your Archive and design/version history
• Your personal data — email address, date of birth, and account settings

Timing

We permanently delete your profile, scrapbook content, archive, design history, and personal data within 30 days of your deletion request. Where immediate deletion is not technically possible — for example, in encrypted backups — we securely isolate your data from any further processing until the backup cycle expires (no longer than 90 days).

What may remain

We may retain anonymised or aggregated data indefinitely for analytics; this data cannot be linked back to you. Cached or archived versions of your public page may also persist in third-party systems beyond our control — search engine caches, web archives, screenshots, or copies saved by other users — and we cannot guarantee removal of content from those systems.
